Executive producer A Sekhar says, 'All those who listened to the songs are complimenting us for bringing out a good audio. Moreover, their choreography was also impressive.' Director Ravisharma says, 'This is a love story that never appeared on the Telugu silverscreen earlier.'
The audio of 'Veedu Maamoolodu Kaadu' directed by Ravisharma and produced by Pasham Narasimha Reddy and B Ashok Yadav on the banner of Sri Dinesh Brothers with Rishi, Samrat and Gopika in the lead was launched at Prasad Labs Preview Theatre in Hyderabad recently. Dr Rajasekhar, Jeevitha and VV Vinayak were the chief guests. Dr Rajasekhar and his wife unveiled the audio and handed over the first cassette to VV Vinayak. Later, they also launched the audio CDs and handed over the first piece to Sridhar Reddy of Madhura Entertainments.

Now actress Gopika is the latest to join the bandwagon of sexy starlets willing to expose onscreen. It's a known fact that she is endowed with beauty and talent; yet the producers and directors have been reluctant to offer her the role of a heroine due to her reservations about exposing her anatomy.
But now, much to the delight of all the directors, she is willing to shed her clothes to the extent a cinematographer can exploit. She has already set an example for herself in the film Veedu Maamoolodu Kadu, in which she did a steamy sequence getting drenched in rain and showing her curvaceous figure.
The industry is seeing a different trend as far as film titles is concerned. After title like Pokiri, Atthili Satthibabau, Veedu Maamuloodu Kaadu and Pellaindi Kaani etc. now the titles are getting even more 'novel'. The latest title Kapukuradiki Kopam Vasthe …is the film which producer Medikonda Muralikrishna is planning to register for his film.
The film will star Tarun in the lead. Pooanm Bazwa is likely to play heroine and the name of Naradasi is being considered to direct the movie. The producer had earlier produced the blockbuster Narasimha Naidu with Balakrishna in the lead.
Final mixing is in progress for 'Veedu Maamulodu Kaadu' directed by Ravisharma, presented by Sri Kalpana Arts and produced by B Ashok Yadav on the banner of Sri Dinesh Brothers with Rishi, Samrat and Gopika in the lead.
Producer says, 'It is the story involving a youth who moves like a vagabond and a beautiful girl. The girl questions him 'Do you know what love is?' This brings change in him. What happened next is the climax.
The first copy of the film would be ready by the end of this week. We are planning to release the film by the end of October. The action scenes choreographed by Ram-Lakshman would remain a highlight.
Camera is by K Vasu, editing is by Nandamuri Hari, music is by SA Rajkumar, while story, screenplay and direction are by Ravisharma. Pasham Narasimha Reddy is the co-producer, while A Sekhar is the executive producer.
Trisha, whose films like 'Pournami, Stalin and Sainikudu' proved duds at the Box Office. Trisha, who is demanding the highest remuneration in Telugu so far, is now facing a tough time and she came a step down from the top slot in Tollywood.
As everyone knows, success is the only criteria in the film industry and no one would look at the stars unless he/ she gives a good and notable hit. However, it is reliably learnt that she was selected as the female lead as a cop for Krishnavamsi's forthcoming flick 'Veedu Chaala Hot Guru' with Raviteja in the lead, being produced by Nandamuri Kalyanram and Janakiram on the banner of 'NTR Arts'.
The film is most likely to go to sets very soon. Really it is a very good opportunity to Trisha, as Krishnavamsi is known for glorifying the glamour of the heroines.

Madhushalini is one among the very few Telugu girls in the Tollywood who desperately trying to withstand the competition from north and Kerala girls. However, neither the directors nor the producers of Tollywood have ever encouraged these Telugu girls. Madhushalini’s film ‘Vaadu-Veedu’ with Vishal and Arya is releasing on Friday. She hopes the film will give her a break in her career.
Madhushalini said “Our producers and directors often say that, there is scarcity for the Telugu girls in the industry because they don’t like to join the film industry. But, they won’t consider the Telugu girls like me who are ready to act in the films. If we were given chance we are ready to prove that we are no less to north and Kerala girls. But, unfortunately our Telugu film producers and directors have no good opinion on Telugu girls and underestimate our talents. I am very confident that, my latest movie ‘Vaadu-Veedu’ will give me a break and proves my acting talents.”
Vishal who also hails from Andhra opines the same. He said “Despite being a Telugu person, I do not understand why our Telugu film producers and directors won’t offer me a chance in their films. I am very interested to act in Telugu films.”
Vaadu-Veedu is the dubbed version of Tamil film ‘Avan-Evan’ directed by noted director Bala. Visha and Arya are acting as step brothers who earn their bread by doing stage shows in this movie
Ramba is soon going to set the record for making the most number of comebacks in the history South Indian film industry! Yet again, everybody was more than ready to write her off as a closed chapter and she is back again. During her disappearance from South Indian films for a while, she had gone to Bhojpuri films and was doing very well there. But suddenly she decided to return home. She opened this innings with an item number in a Telugu film starring a leading young actor. That by itself was a marvelous achievement! It is only a matter of time before she returns to Malayalam too.
But meanwhile, she has gotten herself a plum role in a new film in Tamil. More than two decades ago, K Bhagyaraj made a controversial film named 'Chinna Veedu'. Since everybody is busy either remaking or coming up with sequels, someone has picked this film up for a sequel. 'Meendum Chinna Veedu' is the name of the film. This time around, there are going to be five heroines signifying the five elements of the universe. Ramba is going to be one of them.
Ravishing Rambha is set to resume her innings in Tamil cinema after a long gap. The beauteous heroine had faded out of the Tamil silver screen, only to re-emerge and dominate Bhojpuri cinema later. Now, the buzz from Kollywood is that Rambas is returning home with a film titled ‘Meendum Chinna Veedu’, which will be directed by K. Veeru.
Rambha made her debut in Tamil films with Ullathe Alli Tha in the nineties. She migrated to Malayalam films when the going became tough in Tamil. There she did a few films in the company of megastar Mammooty like ‘Chronic Bachelor’ and young actor Dileep .Now that she is poised for a return to home turf, let us wish her all success in her second turn.

2008/3/5 14:14:07 Director Chandra Siddharth turned a star director overnight with his film 'Aa Naluguru'. However, his next movie 'Madhu Masam' failed to reach expectations again. With no producer coming forward to listen to his stories, he had decided to bring out a film on his own. He chose a novel scripted by KNY Patanjali called 'Nuvve Kaadu' long ago. Though the common audiences admit that the scenes in the film 'Idee Sangathi' are very near to nativity, almost all the professionals were degraded and were portrayed as corrupt on the screen.
Almost all the critics criticized the film and some of them had also used a little harsh language. In a recent interview to a television channel, Chandra Siddharth came down heavily on the film critics and alleged that the film critics who were not satisfied for a positive review resorted to cheap writings. The director should better understand that none of the film critics would stoop to the level of writing something for money. If his statement is really true, let him reveal to whom he made satisfied for his hit film 'Aa Naluguru' reviews. Can he show those accounts.
Did he become bankrupt by paying money to these journos and failed to pay such hefty purses, to ensure average to above average range for his next film 'Madhu Masam'. Now, what prevented him from buying the journalists again and made them to write a positive review in favour of 'Idee Sangathi'. Not even a single film magazine, or a web site gave a positive review in favour of 'Idee Sangathi'. Pen is always mightier than sword. If it really decides to rebel, it could push you down to a level beyond anybody's imagination.

2006/11/25 13:56:35 The shooting of 'Desamuduru' directed by Puri Jagannath, presented by J Bhagawan and produced by DVV Danaiah on the banner of Universal Media with Allu Arjun and Hansika Muthwal in the lead was almost complete but for the canning of two songs. The producer is planning to finish the shooting as well as the post-production formalities and release the film on January 12 as Sankranthi gift. Director Puri Jagannath says, 'Our film heroes act like experts in every field and the common people say it in Telugu as 'Veedu Bhale Mudurra'. We coined that word as the title for our film. Our hero also does everything which can't be done by someone else. When compared to the craze among the titles of my earlier films, this film had evoked very good response. It is a different film that runs with love as its backdrop. It is the story between a TV channel programme director and a lady sanyasin. The scenes that occur between them would be a visual treat to the audiences. Allu Arjun's characterization would be quite different. Ali's comedy track would be a highlight in this film. Music by Chakri would attract the youth. Action by Vijayan would be another highlight. Bhagawan and Danaiah did not compromise on production values. The film will have a novel backdrop, romantic and has many elements that could attract the mass.' Producer Danaiah says, 'After the tremendous success like 'Pokiri' Puri Jagannath had got several officers in various banners, but he chose us to do our film for which we are very thankful to him. In fact it is he who named our banner 'Universal Media'.
